Abstract
preparation guidelines
Deadline for abstract submission is November 15th, 2024 (closed)
- Presenting authors should pre-register to submit the abstract using a dedicated online form. A link to the submission form will be e-mailed upon pre-registration.
- Abstract should be prepared according to the template.
- Abstracts up to 1 page, max 350 words (.doc files), up to 2 MB.
- All abstracts must be submitted in English. Changes to the abstracts will be permitted within the submission deadline.
- Each pre-registered author may submit up to two abstracts; 1 for oral and 1 for poster presentation.
Abtract submission was closed on November 15th, 2024
Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee Members. Acceptance notifications will be sent by November the 30th, 2024. The correspondence will be a system notification, therefore please check your SPAM folder. Please note that the abstract may be revised.
