Due to many requests received after the main abstract submission was closed, the organizers of the AdvMicro2025 Conference have decided to open the late abstract submission for poster presentation only. However, authors of the most outstanding abstracts will be offered an oral presentation.
Please note that late abstracts may only be submitted with a registration for virtual participation, as due to the high interest, registration for on-site participation is no longer available.
Late abstracts are welcome until 26 January 2025 23:59 CET sharp!

Abstract

Deadline for late abstract submission is 26 January 2025
- Presenting authors should pre-register to submit the abstract using a dedicated online form. A registration ID is required to be provided in the abstract submission form.
- Abstract should be prepared according to the template.
- Abstracts up to 1 page, max 350 words (.doc files), up to 2 MB.
- All abstracts must be submitted in English. Changes to the abstracts will be permitted within the submission deadline.
- Each pre-registered author may submit up to two abstracts; 1 for oral and 1 for poster presentation.
- Notification on late abstract acceptance will be sent at the beginning of February 2025.
Abtract submission was closed on November 15th, 2024
Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee Members. Acceptance notifications will be sent by November the 30th, 2024. The correspondence will be a system notification, therefore please check your SPAM folder. Please note that the abstract may be revised.
